What is the work environment like?

I'm based at Micron's Longmont, CO site and have found this smaller office (200-300 employees) to be a friendly and professional place. I work with many team members at other sites so most of my meetings are virtual, but I still enjoy being at the office to interact with colleagues. Through them, I'm able to learn about different parts of Micron and we also do fun things, like play Ultimate Frisbee on Fridays. I worked from home throughout the pandemic and could not wait to return to the office when conditions allowed. Overall, I've felt professionally fulfilled and psychologically safe working virtually with my distributed team, and now that I'm back in the office I'm even further supported by my site colleagues.
