From coaching to recruiting the next generation into semiconductor!

I have been in recruiting since graduating college, started recruiting in the Agriculture space, then Healthcare, and now Semiconductor! My favorite job to date has been the one I am in right now. Working with students to connect them to their first experience in the corporate world, their first post-graduate job, mentorship or even just a friendly face to ask advice from! My love for coaching has definitely found it's place at Micron.

I am a lead on our North America University Recruiting team!

I wear multiple different hats from Recruiting to managing the North America Internship program! I focus mainly on current students and candidates with less than two years of industry experience.

I love working with students and creating a space for all at Micron!

My job is not only about getting students into Micron, but also helping foster a safe, inclusive and fun environment where everyone can realize their true potential! Our internship program is best in class, and provides students with meaningful projects, vast learning opportunities and of course fun and connection with Micron staff and other interns. A student's first experience in the corporate world can set the tone for the rest of their career, we get the opportunity to be the catalyst in creating the next generation of Semiconductor professionals!

I lean on giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, being a safe space for my teammates to go to and talking to each and every person with respect and kindness. Whether they are an Intern or VP! People will remember how you treat them, and your network is so important!
