myworkdayjobs system doesn't let me submit a job application

The system doesn't let me enter any certificates. After completing all required fields, I still can't submit the job application. Please help me with this.

Thank you for reaching out. I just took a tour of our application portal, and I did not encounter any issues with the application process, so I do not know where you are encountering your error. We have a chat box feature on the right hand side of the Workday application that can help to address any issues that you may encounter. You can also reach out to a recruiter with a local team to see if they can help you troubleshoot your issue. Please be ready to provide the Red ID #. Hope this helps!
