Hi Justin,
No, not all engineering positions require a degree. Typically equivalent experience will be accepted, but it depends on the manager/role. We do have a promotion path from a technician to engineer as well. Since you have engineering experience already (based on your title) you more than likely would be a good candidate for any manufacturing engineer position at Micron.
