Does Micron provide training before starting the actual role?

Hello Utpal, Yes Micron did provide training before starting actual role. When I first started Micron on June 2021, there was one week bootcamp provided from workforce development group who are specialized in training. After the first week of boot camp, I joined in actual group but my mentor had trained me and there were various training program through online.

Hi Utpal, as Manae has already mentioned, there are various training programs and bootcamps that you start with. The training here at Micron is a continuous process as your role evolves too. There will also be on the job training as well. There are various mentorship programs too!
