How long should we wait to hear back from micron? I applied a month ago and my application just says in process.

There really isn't a one size fits all type of answer to this question. It really depends upon the type of position (internship vs full time), the number of applicants that have applied, and how well qualified your skills are in relation to the position requirements. We do our best to review, screen, and interview all candidates, but due to timing, it may take more time to get a response to your application.
