To position yourself to be shortlisted for an interview, it's essential to make your resume stand out. First and foremost, your skills should match the requirements outlined in the job descriptions. Without this alignment, it won't be possible to be shortlisted for an interview.
As an ex-recruiter, my advice is to make your resume interesting and engaging. Use bullet points to highlight the most important aspects of your jobs and experiences, and keep your resume short and straight to the point. The first sentence in your resume should be bold and captivating to grab the recruiter's attention.
Remember, your CV is your business card. Balance your technical skills and experiences with your soft skills and goals to make a strong impression.
