Hi Sesha,
Thanks for the great question. Everyone has different skills and abilities, as well as areas of weakness that can be improved. The most important skill in my opinion is to have a growth mindset and open mind about what you are capable of learning and doing. Micron has a very robust training program which is great for new college graduates. No matter what role you start out in, there will be instructor-led and self-paced coursework, as well as on the job training with a mentor, so you will be able to thoroughly learn the skills you need for the job. Having an open mind and curiosity will allow you to learn what you need for the role and adjust your expectations. You may come in with a preformed idea of what the job entails, but once you're there you may realize it is actually different. Ask questions often and utilize the resources available at Micron, especially your trainer, mentor, and supervisor, all of whom will provide valuable advice.
Best of luck in your journey!
