KEN I.

Global Employee Referral Program Manager

Determine who are the experts in the area you are looking to grow, and simply reach out to them to ask. I have found at Micron, people are more than willing to help mentor others. For Micron team members, many of our ERG's have mentorship programs as well. Micron also has a Mentor/ internal website for those team members looking to mentor or be mentored and help match people. If you are not yet a team member, I would suggest reaching out on your social platforms (LinkedIn).
