I'd love to work for Micron but come from a construction management background. What's your advice for applying?

Make sure your resume is up to date and contains all your pertinent work experience and skills. Then simply go to careers.micron.com to search for jobs and locations that you are interested in applying for. I just searched "construction management" and saw over 200 results. This site also has a feature where you can upload your resume and it will search for job postings that match your experience, so you can more easily find positions that you would be a good candidate for.
