What is the flexability of Micron , I am a family of 5 and looking for a flexable work enviroment

Micron has flexibility in our work schedules but we also have a more formal Flexible Work Arrangement. A typical work day on site is based on your schedule of meetings, etc. Some teams aren't on site until 9AM, some teams are on site at 7AM. I would recommend asking during interviews what typical on site work hours are for the team. But, again, a flexible work arrangement is always an option. From my perspective, Micron does a good job coordinating with peoples' schedules.

Micron recognizes we have a life outside of work and we do our best to accommodate for that. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
