Hi Justin,
Micron started more flexible working for my team in 2020, thanks to COVID. We were work from home during peak conditions. Now that we are a little more out of the woods and are in a more predictable place with COVID, Micron has given my team, and many others, the incredible opportunity to work from home 2 days of the week and then we also have 12 work from anywhere days. This policy is dependent upon your role and will differ between groups, but for the most part, this is a very standard set up.
I have found this to work very well for me as we get the benefits of working from home as well as being on site with our teams and working with them face to face. This is an exciting change for us!
Managers also have the flexibility to work with team members who need work from home full time or temporarily for extenuating circumstances, but again, this is dependent on your role and situation.
