Micron offers a lot of opportunities to develop soft skills, by training session and experience on field.
During these years I learnt how to be team-oriented at work. One of my job's strength is collaboration intra-teams and connection inter-teams to stay focused on team goals. To create a collaborative team environment, it is important to recognize and develop team members' strengths and motivation.
To work in a team, I learnt also how to be accountable. When people are not accountable, one person's delay becomes the team's delay. So I take my responsibility for something that I have to do, or something I am supposed to do, and I effectively do it, on time and one time. In case of mistake, this is not a problem: recognize it and discuss it, and take advantage of the lesson learnt as opportunity for your improvement.
