What kind of soft skills have you developed since you joined the firm?

I have learned a lot during my time with Micron - in an extremely fast paced and ever-changing environment, I have expanded my skills and experience in agility and pivoting to new demands. I have also learned presentation skills, the importance of analyzing and reporting on data to drive decisions, as well as the value of building relationships with customers, whether internal or external. There is always continuous learning in my role and with Micron, and I find that refreshing.
