What skills have you gained since you joined?

One of the biggest skills I have gained/refined would be my communication skills, both written and verbal. Working with a variety of different partners and customers, across the globe, as challenged me to be more intentional with how and when I communicate - Should this be done over the phone? Will sending a quick IM be enough? Often times we are all so busy with projects that I have had to be mindful of being more concise and effective with my messaging. I feel as though every day I am still learning and growing on how to best communicate with my teams!
