It may seem simple, but the biggest challenge I have faced is continuing to learn how to manage my time and the work priorities I have. Working on multiple projects, all with varying customers and deadlines, continues to keep me on my toes! Every day is different so I have found it helps to look at the long-term deadlines and then narrow down each day to what needs to be accomplished. My supervisor also helps in outlining everything for me when needed and also removing obstacles when they arrive.
