From a recruiter's perspective, one of our most difficult challenges is competition within the semiconductor workspace for the same talent. How do you make your company stand out where you have several companies all vying for the same candidates? To overcome this issue, we make sure that everyone is on the same page during the recruitment phase. Once we understand what our candidates desire in their next role, both recruiting teams and hiring managers can help them better understand whether or not this would be the right role for them based upon our corporate structure, values, company culture, and growth opportunities to name just a few.
