Describe the most challenging aspect of your role?

CMP Process Engineer

The most challenging aspect of my role is that there are different work everyday and no answer key for that. Recalling college, most of classes except lab or research, we solved problems in textbook and can find answer key for them. However, work is not that simple (Of course, I am working as 'engineer"). As a CMP Process Engineer, we face different process related problems, tool issues and materials validation. I don't always know the best way to solve those problems or issues and have 100% confident. But it is not uncomfortable to ask for help or advise to coworkers who are expertise on different field. It would be really hard to work by myself but with help and advise from coworkers enable us to work on challenging job.
