What motivates you about your role?

I'm extremely motivated to help others and my role allows me to keep finding ways to make team members' day-to-day lives easier. The Micron values driving this motivation are people, collaboration, and tenacity. In terms of "people", I sincerely value my relationships at Micron and appreciate how hard-working, good humored, and talented our team members are. For "collaboration", an integral part of creating process solutions is to work closely with others to understand the problems they're experiencing and the tools they're comfortable using so we can all agree on a path forward. And finally, "tenacity" is a must-have for process-related work because implementing solutions means championing future benefits over day-to-day fires, shepherding the development of improvements, and providing training to ease the transition from "old" to "new" - all of which can make for a very long journey!
