What is the work-life balance like in your role?

I don't have a fixed schedule so it's my responsibility to create work-life balance by managing my time. I do my best to maintain a 40-hour work week by reviewing my calendar regularly and, if I have especially busy days, ensuring I block off time to reset. Overall, I've found that keeping my calendar up-to-date and scheduling blocks of time for focused work have allowed me to have a good balance of time spent in meetings, working on individual projects, and having time outside of work. Caring about each other - or having a "people" focus - is one of Micron's values and one way it comes through is the way my colleagues and I respect each other's schedules.
