What is the work-life balance like in your role?

Hey there! On a scale of 1-10, I would rate my work-life balance at Micron a 6 out of 10. On the positive side, I very rarely, if ever, have to work on the weekends. However, due to the global nature of our company, I do sometimes need to take meetings outside of regular business hours during the week to accommodate my colleagues in Asia. However, these types of meetings only occur 1-2 times a week, not everyday. I have found that it is up to me to set boundaries and have clear communication with my manager to determine which meetings outside of normal business hours are absolutely critical for me to attend. I have found that my manager and colleagues are very supportive of my boundaries so long as I set them and communicate them clearly. Also, my colleagues are always respectful of my time off and have never tried to contact me when I am out of office on vacation.
