One way that I keep myself motivated in my career is by having my own personal goals and aspirations. I think about the future and what I'd like to be doing in the next 1, 5, and 10 years. It is important to have a vision for yourself so that you can keep yourself moving. I found that the years fly by even faster once you're out of school so 5 and 10 years will sneak up on you!
I try to do different things on a regular basis. Micron makes this easy because there is so much change, no one day is ever the same. I am never bored at work and look forward to each new challenge every day! I also try to keep as positive as a mindset as I can and take time for myself when I need. Work life balance is essential in staying motivated at work so that you don't end up getting burnt out.
