Senior Pricing Analyst
I would consider project prioritization the biggest challenge for my role. As a Process Improvement Manager for business processes, which is a brand new role, I've identified about a dozen projects our team could work on. These projects do not have easily quantified benefits, like revenue impact, for ranking priority so I've developed my own set of evaluation criteria. Additionally, I've established a governance forum to allow functional area experts to influence priority. Right now I'm learning to lead the governance forum, teaching them how to use the evaluation rubric, and refining it based on their feedback. Learning and teaching are inextricably connected to growth and I'm experiencing a tremendous amount of growth by facing this challenge.
