Hello,

One achievement that I am most proud of was becoming a leader at Micron within 2 years. I joined Micron straight after getting my Bachelor's degree, but leadership has always been a passion for me. I love helping people and encouraging their growth. I also enjoy project management. It was really awesome how much Micron supported me in my pursuit of leadership and provided me opportunities to practice before even getting a formal position. I am proud of the work that I have done here and how much I have grown in 5 short years!

I am also proud of my progress in robotic process automation. Micron is strongly encouraging data science and automation learning. I have implemented a couple of robotic process automation that have significantly improved efficiency and quality here at Micron.

So far my job has provided many opportunities for me to progress and grow as an individual and as an engineer. Please let me know if you have other questions!
