Since joining Micron, I've been actively engaged in our building of an inclusive culture outside of my daily job responsibilities. I've launched an Employee Resource Group (ERG) chapter a few months after starting and have been able to host 4 events albeit virtually, ranging from culturally education on the Black experience in America to Career Advancement panels within Micron. It has afforded me great networking opportunities and spotlighting
