Describe some of the perks of working here?

In my opinion, there are many perks to working at Micron. First would be our flexible work schedule. Depending on your team, you can work 2 days a week from home and 3 on site. There are also a number of "virtual" work anywhere days. I find that Micron's benefits are superior to most other company's in the Treasure Valley (Idaho) with regard to medical, dental, and vision options.

I have also been lucky enough to take advantage of our education program which helps you pay for furthering your education! I am currently pursuing my Master in Engineering Management. With both monetary support and professional support from management and my team, I have been able to pursue this degree without added stress.

Micron cares about their employees and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy. I appreciate a company that offers so much for their employees!
