There are always countless of opportunities to learn from anyone at work. For example, when one of senior employee is working on project, I got to see the progress. Reading the progress and understanding the project were one of opportunity to learn. However, asking questions to them provided me more opportunities to learn since I was able to see the project I am not part of it as well as their analysis gave me new perspective.
