I learnt from senior employees is to ask question without being afraid. I used to think I always have to solve all questions by myself but it is wrong. Of course, analyzing and thinking by myself is important but everyone has some expert field. So find the expert and ask all questions! This solves most of issue quickly and sufficiently. Also next time you encountered similar issue, you know what to do as you learnt from expert!!
