There are formal opportunities through Leadership Program, Mentorships through Employee Resource Groups or just finding the employee whose position interests you and shooting them an email or teams message. Micron encourages you to take charge of your career and the senior employees are open to answering questions. I've been in many spaces with directors, VPs and managers
