Hello, there are several training options that are offered here at Micron. You will see common training courses that are applicable to all newly-hired graduates which will include (not limited to) industry knowledge, basics of various job functions, technology, allied activities, and specific training courses designed based on the job functions. There are On-The-Job training as well, and various continuous Mentorship programs that help with the overall skills and project developments.
