I believe that new hires are responsible in first, completing on boarding and all trainings that are assigned to them.
In my role, there are various software and knowledge required to complete work. Those software, unfortunately, are something you never used before since they are micron original software. Thus, to build up foundation, it is very important and necessary to complete trainings.
In addition, as there are various team member involved in work, it is important to have good communication skills. Thus, new hires are responsible in building up network. If you need help or have any questions in future, those team member would help you.
