I expect future colleagues to be someone many employees enjoy working with, such as willing to help their team succeed and meet the company's goals. Also, I like colleagues who often have a positive attitude and treat their coworkers with respect.
Being punctual, hard-working and show initiative by seeking out solutions to problems is great aspect too.
