I look for any relevant coursework for Analog design, internship experience or college/university projects that are related to Analog Design.
I also look for any specific skillsets/circuit experience that are outlined in the resume for analog design that can help us better know the candidate and if there is a suitable analog design role that they would be a good fit. Hope that answers your question.
