Why did you choose to work in this industry?

One main reason I chose to work in this industry is that technology is always improving and moving forward. Micron is constantly working to improve our products and get the latest and greatest technology to the market. It is exciting to be a part of a company which strives to be the best on the market and which is used in our daily lives! Our world without memory would be vastly different than it is with memory. There are also so many applications for memory which makes this particular segment of technology that much more exciting. We have products in cellphones, cars, healthcare, etc. Micron made it an easy choice to pick them and to pick technology. I align closely with the values of Micron: People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Customer Focus. I think these are all essential to being a successful company and I think Micron does an incredible job meeting these. The environment here is fast paced but always leaves time for building relationships with our peers.
