How is it like working in first 1 month ~ 3 months for experience hires (> Manager). Is there job onboarding process ?

Hello Munish. From my experience on last June, I had one week of boot camp provided from workforce development group who are specialized in training. After the first week of training, I joined group and my mentor taught me everything what I need to know in role one by one. Also there are online training for new hires and they were helpful as well.
