There are a lot of opportunities to learn from senior employees. You can reach out to various Team Members directly to ask any questions or learnings you may need, typically all team members are open to communication and mentoring opportunities. Micron also has a dedicated formal Mentorship program that you can sign up for with a specific mentor or a mentor can be assigned to you based on your topics to learn. Each team member also has development goals and skill development as part of their goal setting for the year which provides more opportunities to learn from senior employees.
