Absolutely!! Micron does a great job encouraging us to take time for ourselves. We have great time off benefits and a flexible work schedule that allows us to make it to necessary appointments, kids' events, volunteer events and other outside commitments that we might have. I have never felt like I couldn't take time off due to work priorities or for any other reason. We have a great system of covering for our peers which also helps promote our work-life balance.
