Though Micron is a Fortune 500 company, with sites all across the world, I have always felt as though I am a part of a big family. When I walk into the building (in non-Covid times,) I love seeing how our team members are chatting with each other and getting to know one another outside of what they are doing for work. I have felt welcomed and appreciated which I must say, I didn't quite expect at such a big company.
In addition, we have the opportunity to collaborate and work with so many different teams and team members. It's amazing to see how we can all work together to make our projects and products come to life. By building relationships with these other teams, the opportunities really seem endless. Micron does a great job supporting and encouraging personal growth, so there is no shortage of career opportunities within the company - whether with your current team or a new team.
