I am applying as a recent college graduate and wondering about the experience new graduates can expect at Micron. In particular, I would like to know how the semiconductor manufacturing team operates and how new hires can contribute to the team as soon as possible. Thanks!

Hi Jevon, yes also a number of mentorship opportunities in Micron. Over the years I have had a number of mentors on my journey and also mentored a few people. It is not only a good avenue to get tap into other people's experience but also build relationships/friendships that can last a long time. I learnt a number of things related to my field from school but the practicality and application.
