Facilities Water Services Manager
Hi Ryan,
I have had a lot of opportunities to branch out from my initial expertise. For example, I started in Wet Process in the fab as a shift engineer. I then move to PCVD as a Shift Lead Engineer (Physical Chemical Vapor Deposition, a films area as opposed to an etch area). I then went back to Wet Process to be a workstation owner and I am now currently working on the facilities side of the company as the Water Services Operations Manager. I have had opportunities in a range of areas and departments. Micron encourages job shadows and helps you grow in whichever direction suits you best.
