There is employee resource group in micron where any team members recognize and support LGBTQ+ community. I have one of friend who is greatly involved in this group and she really enjoys opportunity where she can advance racial and LGBTQ+ equality and strengthen their culture of inclusion. Also, every June, micron celebrates pride month all over the world. I strongly believe those activities make LGBT employees feel at east at work!
