Tell me some stories of things your company does to make LGBT employees feel at ease at work?

Micron has done many things to show their support for LGBTQ+ team members, from the formation of the PRIDE + Allies Employee Resource Group, to inclusion of pronouns in our email signatures and personnel information in Workday. Micron created an Inclusion Ally program with 99.9% of all team members taking an inclusion ally training. Micron also increased their benefit package to include additional benefits for transgender employees as well as a concierge service for LGBTQ+ team members looking for LGBTQ+ friendly health care providers! During Pride Month, Micron raises the Pride flags at sites globally as well as lighting up the exterior of some of our sites with rainbow lighting.
