Hello! This is an excellent question. One of Micron's biggest commitments is to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI). One of the main ways Micron helps LGBTQ team members feel comfortable at work is through the Pride+ Employee Resource Group (ERG). This ERG connects team members across the globe through onsite and virtual events, mentoring experiences, and so much more. Micron leaders also undergo diversity training to ensure they can lead with empathy and understand the unique needs and backgrounds of each team member. In addition, Micron has an Allies initiative that encourages and trains team members to be allies to colleagues within the LGBTQ community. In general, Micron's culture is huge on DEI and ensuring that every team member feels comfortable brining their full selves to work.
