Success is evaluated based on how well each team member embodies our 5 core Micron values--People, Collaboration, Innovation, Tenacity, and Customer Focus. We have a performance management program that helps us stay on track with our goals and discuss them with our manager as well as our career aspirations. These types of conversations with our leaders are key to helping us be successful. We also have a function within our internal HR tool that allows us to request feedback from our peers periodically so we can learn where we're doing well and where we have opporutnities to grow!
