Hello, Micron has done a great job supporting my career growth! Early on in my career I expressed an interest in people management. I was heard! My manager put me in a leadership course and helped me understand the responsibilities that he had as a people manager. Micron also paid for my Masters degree (Engineer Management) which has been of huge value to me as both an individual contributor and a manager. Even now that I am in a people management role, I continue to attend conferences, trainings, etc. to maintain and improve my skills.
