What's the culture in terms of diversity?

I would say the culture and workforce at Micron is very diverse. We work with a wide range of individuals from different backgrounds, cultures, and regions. We also have many Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) which enable and encourage this diversity. Some examples of these ERGs are: Asian American and Pacific Islander Network, Black Employee Network, Micron Women's Leadership Network, Veterans Employee Resource Group. The list goes on! It is really cool to see the different events these groups put on (that are most often available to all employees, not just people that are a part of the specific ERG). We also encourage employees to become allies for ERGs which they may not specifically align to.

Micron is very welcoming to all individuals and our campuses are not lacking in diversity!
